Micro-Grants Initiative

The Micro-Grants program is sponsored by a grant from ecoAmerica's American Climate Leadership Awards.

Here's some detailed information:

We are also excited to announce the first-ever NHSCF Micro-Grants Program! These small but mighty grants—up to $300 each—are designed to help high school students launch grassroots climate projects in their schools or communities. Think composting systems, community gardens, recycling drives, or local clean-up events—the possibilities are endless.

Who’s eligible?
All U.S. high school students graduating in the Classes of 2026, 2027, 2028, or 2029 are welcome to apply!

How to apply?

  1. Make a copy of this Google Doc Application Template

  2. Fill it out with your project idea and plan.

  3. Share your completed application with the following emails: ssamant26@lawrenceville.orgnhsclimateforum@gmail.comjinangrace07@gmail.com
